Round 1 has arrived and after an unusually long and solid pre-season it will be good to get out and test ourselves against some opposition. Games are at Anniversary Park on Council Avenue, Rockingham this Sunday. Both teams are playing Brentwood with the Supers starting at 2.10 pm and the Masters playing straight after at 3.20 pm. Please make sure you bring your own water bottles, and don’t forget your playing jumpers. Round 2 will be played at Karoonda Reserve in Booragoon on Sunday 15th of May. Supers play the Crocs at 11.50am and the Masters play Kingsway at 1pm. Remember, all details can be found on the Phantoms website:
You will need to have paid your fees to be covered by insurance and to receive the new shorts and socks, and it will be disappointing (and possibly attract a fine) if you aren’t wearing our official game day kit.
Membership
can be paid tomorrow night by card or cash, or by eft.:

Stick around as the club will be putting on pizza, and we will announce our team captains, managers etc.
Wildy will also have club polos for those who don’t have one, or need to update.
If anyone used and kept a jumper from the club bag for the scratch match can you please bring it to training on Wednesday, and or at least let me know you have it. We are missing 3 jumpers.
Finally, I’d just like to acknowledge The Cockburn Football Club and the Cockburn Council for helping us out with access to the ground whilst we wait on Gil Fraser. It popped up in the nick of time and we appreciate being able to have a decent training session under lights. Many thanks and to the guys manning the bar for our benefit after training. Stick around and make it worth their while.
See you all at Davilak Reserve tomorrow night.
Regards,
Steve Ross
